We are committed to ensuring each and every order we receive is processed and dispatched with care and efficiency.

The items are added to your Shopping Basket. To check your purchase at any time, click on the Basket icon to check which items you have selected and then submit your order. When you've made your selections, just check your customer details and confirm your purchase.
Please note, to place an order, you must first register to create an online account. Only when you are logged on can you complete your order. For customer service reasons, we may also restrict the products available on the website to those which are currently in stock. 
Delivery and handling
We will be pleased to arrange delivery on your behalf via a courier service, in which case please include the postage and handling charge on your order. Orders collected incur no handling charges. If you require delivery by courier then a nominal charge is made to cover packing and handling.
Price Changes
Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated, it may not always be possible, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list and change prices when necessary.
Quality control
If you are setting up a new account and this is your 1st order and is over £250, this must be dispatched to the billing address and a land line number entered to enable us to contact you if necessary.
Import Taxes
Please ensure that you contact your local customs office in the country of your delivery to confirm whether or not you may be liable to local import taxes, duty and VAT (or equivalent) upon arrival of any products supplied by MiniHorseSales from the United Kingdom to you or your freight agent. The customer is liable for payment of all import duties.

Faulty / damaged goods are returnable for replacement or refund within 30 days of statutory purchase.
In the event we are out of stock of a particular item; you will be refunded.
For Items returned due to buyer error ie not the correct size/colour a store credit note will be issued.

We do not accept returns on any bespoke/personalised items that has been ordered by the customer who has ordered the wrong colour/size font or spelling errors.
Please contact within 48 hours of receiving your personalised item, after this time no refund or replacement can be offered.
If the spelling is an error on our part, then naturally we will make good free of charge.

Before a store credit or replacement is offered, items are to be returned at the expense of the customer for a review by the manufacturer.
 Please also obtain proof of postage in this event.
Credit notes issued for items lost in the post will not be sent until completion of the claims procedure with Royal Mail.
Goods will be posted with proof of postage and we will not be responsible for any delay caused by Royal mail services.

Items must be received by MiniHorseSales within 7 days of telephone complaint. After this time, no credit / replacement will be given
